Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. We ship using FedEx. Please allow 2-7 business days for the item to arrive at your specified location. The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be shown on the product page. Any shipping dates provided by REVR are estimates.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to the peculiarities of logistics and unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or natural disasters), which may cause delays.

Our delivery service is limited to addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
In the event of any delays, we will do our best to speed up the delivery and keep you updated.
Carriers
REVR primarily uses FedEx to ensure that your order arrives on time.
We strive to ship all your orders in one shipment, but in some cases we may ship in multiple packages.

Shipping Damage
Damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged. Due to the unpredictability of the shipping and delivery process, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging upon arrival. If the outer packaging is found to be damaged, we recommend that buyers immediately file a claim with the carrier.
If there are any missing parts, serious damage, or other quality issues, please email support@revrbike.com and provide photo or video evidence. If necessary, our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement.
Please note:
- If your item is damaged within 5 days of receipt, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
We do not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 5 days later. All such claims will be rejected.
- Minor situations not covered by the free replacement or refund policy:
Minor damage to the outer packaging
Minor scratches or paint peeling on the product
Minor bends in parts due to shipping, but repairable
Replaceable bicycle parts on the handlebars
Refusing Delivery
Due to the large size and high value of this product, the product cost and shipping fee are high. Once shipped, we are unable to change the destination, intercept, or cancel the order. If you choose to refuse an order, we will deduct a $300 handling fee from your final refund to cover the shipping loss we incur. If your order is refused and returned to us, it will be considered a return, and we will refund the money to your original payment method after deducting a $300 handling fee. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at support@revrbike.com after the refusal. Otherwise, if you fail to notify us in time, it may cause a delay in processing your refund.
Important Notice
After receiving the package, please keep the original packaging and all included materials for at least 30 days in case of return or repair.
Missing Items
If you have not received the item you ordered within 30 days of REVR shipping, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
If you do not contact us within 30 days of placing your order, we will consider all items to have been successfully delivered, and we may no longer keep a shipping record of your order.
To ensure we can assist you effectively, please include your order number and other relevant information when contacting us.
The REVR customer service team will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
If we determine that the item was never shipped, we will ship you a replacement order for the out-of-stock item as soon as possible.
If an item is out of stock, we will refund the full amount of the affected item.
