Website said it would be shipped from [****], which is riding five bike store needless to say rever has not shipped our product but has kept the money had to file a charge with the credit card company to get our refund. I advised everybody to stay away. From rever e-bikes do you mean we’ve had problems with the brakes and a few other minor issues but there are better brands out there with less the hassle rever refuses to return our emails no phone number to contact
